Arcade is a very easy-to-use yet powerful tool. I especially appreciate how seamless it is to weave together interactive elements, screenshots, video recordings, and content from previous arcades. It has thoughtful details for you to customize content. I've also been impressed with the quick support provided by their team when I've researched best practices or reached out with questions. While we originally used arcades just for sales purposes, we are now expanding to support and training uses cases based on the flexibility and utility of making short interactive demos. First of all, AI voices are amazing; they don't sound robotic, they have great intonations, and, most of all, they are of great quality. We have tested different tools, and the "good" voices always cost extra and were not that good.

I wish there had been more flexibility regarding the size and shape of the zones that needed to be highlighted or zoomed in. I would love for call-outs to link to external content and not just other sections of the app ie. another video or documentation (might be possible, but I have not succeeded).
