My explainer videos built in Arcade are more interactive and help to increase engagement with my audience. There are plenty of features to help dress up the videos aesthetically, but the enhanced navigation and interactivity compared to a normal video have really freshened up our approach. We are just starting out with the transition to Arcade as part of our product adoption initiatives, but we are hoping the interactive features improve overall buy-in from our users. There was a bit of a learning curve to learn the plaftform and all the features when building the videos, but I think that's to be expected. There are some features within the user interface that aren't as user intuitive as they could be when creating content. I don't like that the recording feature is limited to the web browser, as we often have to record things outside the browser (desktop applications, etc.).
