Online support is possible, and they are helpful and honest. **What do you dislike about Arcade?** Creating too many screenshots and videos at the library makes it very hard to understand and choose the right if you are looking for a specific one and can not delete them directly. (It could harm your Arcade video) Changing font specifically for some window explanations are not possible (I can change the window color but not change the font or write with bold, italic etc.) Package details are not clear.
