"Effortless AI Integration with Robust Security"
What do you like best about Arcade.dev?

I use Arcade.dev to create AI agents and connect them to the external world. I love how easily Arcade.dev lets me set up secure agent authentication, which is a real game changer and simplifies something that was complicated for me. The catalog of prebuilt MCP servers is super nice and reliable, ensuring the servers work smoothly and securely. Arcade.dev handles the annoying auth for me, providing a secure environment, and allows me to create and host my own MCP servers easily and securely. Using Arcade.dev means everything just works with almost no maintenance needed. The overall setup is super easy, making my transition smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arcade.dev?

I would love for Arcade.dev to add first-party support for JavaScript/TypeScript. They currently provide an SDK for the client, so I can use TypeScript to connect to MCP servers and add auth and stuff. But if I want to create my own MCP server with Arcade.dev, I have to do that with Python. The code isn't super complicated, but I'd still love a TypeScript SDK specifically for MCP server creation since I'm a bit rusty in Python. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Arcade Makes AI Agents Truly Work Across Enterprise Systems"
What do you like best about Arcade.dev?

What stands out about Arcade is that it turns AI agents from something that just generates text into something that can actually do work across real systems. The platform combines integrations, agent execution, and governance in one place, which makes it much easier to connect agents to enterprise tools like email, calendars, databases, and internal systems.

I also like that Arcade works with a company’s existing identity and permission structure instead of forcing teams to rebuild their security model. That makes it much more practical for real enterprise environments where security and compliance matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arcade.dev?

Because Arcade is still an early-stage product in a rapidly evolving space, some areas are still maturing. The documentation and examples could be expanded to make it easier for new users to ramp up quickly, especially for teams that are just starting to build agent-based workflows.

That said, the pace of development is fast, and the team appears to be actively improving the platform as the ecosystem around agents and MCP continues to evolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick to Integrate for rapid tests"
What do you like best about Arcade.dev?

I think that the ability to really test a lot of applications quickly is a great advantage, and that everything is plug and play. You can simply look in the catalog of applications integrated with Arcade.dev and select them quickly, without needing to tinker to connect multiple tools and ensure everything works. What do you dislike about Arcade.dev?

Yes, I find that everything is not very clear in the documentation, it takes a lot of trial and error to really manage to do what we want to do. And I find that the branding in general, quite to my taste, I find that overall it makes the platform difficult to digest for some users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
