What do you like best about ARC Facilities?

It's a tie between being able to search/find plans quickly and being able to pin items around the building. I also love how well the app works with my iphone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ARC Facilities?

The mark-up feature needs work. It's not very intuitive. also, the square footage calculator is a little clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ask plenty of questions. Every facility is different and before committing, see how it will benefit you. The ARC staff can answer your questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ARC Facilities solving and how is that benefiting you?

the ability to photo and pin valves, meters, shutoffs saves time searching. Thus far, it gives me a place to put information that is accessible to the team. That provides time savings and transparency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to add so much information to the pins is very useful. We have been finding increasing numbers of uses for this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am uncertain if there are downsides. I think there could be some improvements on the versatility of the fillable forms. Possibly some if/then features for these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app is slow at times, drawings take up ALOT of memory, and crashes / glitches are common. Also the organization can be confusing at for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Communicate ALOT when transitioning as-builts. Know what you want out of the software and communicate that to the team. Use the ARC team for any issues as they are very helpful and quick to respond Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
