1. No document management for our PM's

What do you like best about ARC Facilities?

ARC Facilities helps us keep all of our floor plans and building information in one place. It allows us to access this info from our cell phone or ipad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ARC Facilities?

I am a secretary to the Facilities Services Director for our school district. I mostly use the ARC Facilities platform to add users and administrators, uploading O&M's and warranties after substantial completion. I access ARC for floor plans and other information if requested from within our district and A/E overseeing our building projects. It's quick and easy accessing the information they need. What do you dislike about ARC Facilities?

The new interface isn't user-friendly. Once you know the "path" to the information you need, you can find it after acessing it a few times. I felt the older platform before the most recent change was much easier.

ARC representatives need to reach out and touch the customer more, ask what specific training needs might be. Our seasoned trades are still "old school" in finding the information they need by going to a building rather than accessing the information w/in ARC Facilities right from their finger-tips. Customized training is a need for us specifically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
