ARC's "emergency" module is a lifesaver. We are a 3 campus district with more than 700k square feet of facilities and minimal support staff. Some of our buildings and infrastructure date back to 1938, most of which we do not have current architectural plans for. The detailed knowledge of where utilities are located and the functions they serve are drilled into the minds of our veteran maintenance staff. ARC Fac allows us to keep key facilities as-built drawings in one location with layer to se most recent renovation as well as oringinal built as-builts on the same platform. As for shut offs and O&M use well techs and foreman dont utilize / adopt new process or tech. Confirm O&M will utilize and get usage report or login data to verify workers are utilizing infestment. We really liked the front end customer service. Our project manager was very engaged and easy to work with. The main advantage was being to access documents remotely through a smartphone.
