Arbun is estimating and quotation software built for contractors in the UAE/GCC: renovation, fit-out, roofing and waterproofing, landscaping, flooring and painting, AC, plumbing and electrical. Describe the job and add photos or measurements, and Arbun's AI drafts the scope and quantities. Your own rate book, catalogue prices or manual changes set the final price, so you stay in control of every figure. You review and approve the estimate before anything reaches the client. The client receives a Good / Better / Best proposal by link, in English or Arabic, chooses an option, signs on screen and pays the deposit from their phone. Extra work is handled with change orders the client signs, added to the contract value as the job goes, followed by progress and final invoices with 5% VAT. Arbun runs in the browser on phone, tablet and computer, and can be installed as an app. Plans are priced in AED: start with a free 14-day trial with no card needed, then choose Starter, Pro or Enterprise. Larger teams get BOQ, procurement, RFIs, inspections and cost control.
