ArbreCRM is field service management software built for tree service companies and arborists in Canada and the United States. It covers the full job cycle, from on-site estimates to scheduling, crew dispatch and invoicing, in one system shared by office staff and field crews. Arborists can build a quote on a phone after the walk-through, send a branded PDF and collect the client’s approval and e-signature online. Approved quotes become scheduled jobs on a drag-and-drop calendar with crew assignment, route planning and high-wind weather alerts. Crews clock in with GPS, complete safety checklists and attach before and after photos to each job. Tree-specific tools include municipal permit tracking, a stump grinding queue, tree species records and a wood volume estimator. Completed jobs turn into invoices that clients can pay online through a client portal, with QuickBooks Online sync. Quotes, invoices and client emails are available in English and French, and Canadian and US sales taxes are calculated automatically. An AI receptionist answers missed calls and logs them as leads.
