Having a platform that can be easily and quickly be implemented and used by any arborist business is essential. You can easily integrate your workflow into the system without any problems. The reporting feature is a little bit weak with the version I currently have. It provides some standard reports that have some fair data qualities but to customize reports using custom fields or job fields is quite weak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The amount of options at hand is abundant. It’s so nice not to be limited when scheduling customers and creating their profiles. It cuts out time in half, if not more, being able to customize our program to fit our needs. It’s been about a month now using the program, and I couldn’t be happier. As a fieldworker, i will say that ArboStar has one of the best mobile apps that you will find out there. The interface is top-notch, clean, and easy to navigate. You can log in once you are at the job site and log out when you are done. It also shows your schedules and gives you the opportunity to communicate with office employees. We love the ease of use, It has a search bar that you can search for your in customer several different ways. The customer can be emailed/ texted via the platform. I love how the app makes my team so much more effective. Just about every mundane task I do is made quicker in some way. It pins jobs to my map automatically, allowing me to quickly email or call customers based on their map location, making customer communication a breeze.
