What do you like best about ArboStar?

What do you like best about ArboStar?

It was great that our estimators could input all the necessary details to build up the invoice at the job site. The GPS and Live map features are also great. They let us know where our field team was at all times and if they were still running on schedule so we could call customers if we needed to inform them of any delays. What do you dislike about ArboStar?

I found it very easy to use, but some of our less tech-savvy team members struggled a bit at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ArboStar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before ArboStar, we were still using paper invoices. We really wanted to go paperless, and this really helped! Before ArboStar, we'd have to tell customers they'd need to call the office to pay with their card. We're a small family company, so sometimes, they were stuck waiting until I was available to process it for them. Now, all that can happen online without me having to be there to do it. What do you like best about ArboStar?

It really helps me to make estimates quickly and easily and send them down the pipeline. I especially like the auto-estimate feature, as it's bang-on a lot more often than I would have thought. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ArboStar?

What do you like best about ArboStar?

ArboStar has a fairly intuitive layout and searches function. Once the customer list is loaded, you can view all jobs relating to individual customers, upload photos, set up future services, and easily move calls between technicians. This is a great program to start with when moving away from an antiquated platform (paper, Excel, etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ArboStar?

I'd like to see even more customization out of ArboStar in the future, but hey, maybe I'm just greedy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ArboStar solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can easily see all jobs scheduled for any given day, search open and historical work orders, track the progress on longer jobs, and ensure all invoices are created and sent in a timely manner. This has resulted in less lost paperwork and an increase in communication while also minimizing the number of support staff needed in the office to keep operations running smoothly. What do you like best about ArboStar?

ArboStar has helped to streamline our business process, and we're also able to automate a ton of tasks. Their mobile app works well and helps our field workers do their jobs. What do you like best about ArboStar?

There are so many things I enjoy about ArboStar and it is hard to name just one. ArboStar listens to customers. I have witnessed some of my suggestions become a reality. I love the tasks module where you can keep track of all your tasks. It even gives you a live view of the tasks on the map. This is an invaluable feature in this day & age.
