The functions such as grouping, app version updates and status display such as battery and WLAN are very good. The various modes such as kiosk mode or autostart are also very well implemented and work perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ArborXR? The file management would still have to be expanded. Up to 100 files can be exchanged well, but with larger file quantities and file sizes it becomes confusing and synchronisation takes too long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is ArborXR solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Abor XR to manage our 14 VR glasses. We show viewers a 360-degree film. With the Kiosk Mode, we can start our specially developed app immediately and have an overview of all headsets. We can easily update new app versions. Above all, our employees who look after the VR glasses and events can work very easily thanks to AborXr. Switch on the glasses, check the system functions and start the video, done. During development and US testing, we were able to ship the glasses and control them at various testers' home offices. The web interface is a bit slow and needs some practice to master. Also, we can't share apps between Organizations, but it may be helpful in some situations. The only opportunity for improvement is perhaps the interface when adding applications to the viewer group, it can be confusing to add the app to the group and then add the app to appear in the interface. What do you dislike about ArborXR? Occasionally some tiny delay or a need to reset a headset to get the most recent group configuration. However, we were also operating under difficult internet conditions, so this is just as likely to be an issue with our installation and tech management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. It helped us create a seamless experience inside the headset for the end user – they were much less likely to accidentally 'exit' the experience in a way that would break their immersion or require a docent to reset the experience.
