Loading multiple applications was easy and straightforward. Provisioning devices was time-consuming for 200 devices at once, but not unreasonable. ArborXR support was very good and the price point for educational users was very affordable. **What do you dislike about ArborXR?** Custom interface used for multiple apps (XR Launcher) tended to allow users access to features that were intended to be (and set in the application) to be locked out. This could be an issue for how the Quest 2 is updated with the ArborXR application, but it was somewhat challenging to work with. After the devices and the ArborXR application was updated, it seemed better. **What problems is ArborXR solving and how is that benefiting you?** ArborXR was needed to install two custom applications on 200 Quest 2 headsets for a pilot project. The ArborXR application and web interface worked well for the most part and enabled us to roll out the headsets in a timely manner. ### 3. They are patient and reply within a reasonable time. - Viewing device status on the dashboard - View individual device status such as if there are turned on, the device serial number, device type, how long user spent in each app and what apps have been installed etc. - Can revert builds - Can share builds with other organizations easily - Can choose between ArborXR home or Meta Home - They are soc2 compliant! - Can put apps in a group and assign devices to the groups - Can upload apk and obbs - Device limit for free plan is 50 devices - A website that displays their roadmap which includes what's being planned, implemented and already done. You can upvote and subscribe to a feature that you are interested in - Sends out email notifications on new features. **What do you dislike about ArborXR?** - Device setup can be a hassle. I had to factory reset to successfully install Arborxr on multiple headsets. Sidenote: This was a while ago, so this may not happen now as my co-workers could install without factory reset. - Unable to select multiple platforms in "Groups". This seems to be the intended design, but since I have both Quest1 and Quest2 I need to create groups for, I would need create a group for both platforms and attach the same apps. **What problems is ArborXR solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Adding release channels to Apps section.
