From an accounting perspective, the biggest advantage has been keeping payment records and all supporting documents in one place. Month-end reconciliation for contractor payments is now much faster, since we no longer need to pull information from multiple systems. The transaction history is straightforward to review, and the documentation is consistent from one payment to the next. Overall, it has made our financial close more efficient.
