It brings the systems a research team normally runs separately — CTMS, eTMF, eISF, ePSF, QMS, CAPA and Digital DOA — onto one study record, so operations, documentation, pharmacy and quality stay in step instead of living in scattered tools and spreadsheets. At the centre is the electronic Investigator Site File (eISF / eRegulatory). AQ digitises the site binder with version control, role-based permissions, audit trails and electronic signatures, and gives monitors secure remote access for source document review. A native electronic Pharmacy Site File (ePSF) covers investigational product and pharmacy accountability in the same folder structure, which is uncommon among eISF tools. The electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) keeps sponsor and site documentation aligned to the TMF reference model. On the operations side, the CTMS handles study set-up, site management, scheduling, visit tracking and recruitment. The Quality Management System (QMS) and CAPA module link a deviation or finding to the exact document, then through to root cause and corrective action, so quality events are managed inside the platform rather than bolted on. Digital DOA maintains the delegation-of-authority log against the live study. AQ is built for inspection readiness as a continuous state. Cross-site dashboards show document and readiness status across every site and study, and reporting exports to Excel, PDF and PNG. The platform supports 21 CFR Part 11, GCP / ICH E6(R3) and ALCOA+ data-integrity principles, with audit trails and electronic signatures throughout.
