Apúntalo is an online appointment diary for businesses that work by appointment: hair salons, barbershops, beauty salons, nail salons, physiotherapists, psychologists, dental clinics and dog groomers. Built in Spain. Clients book from a page with your branding and get their reminder on WhatsApp. If they reply, you see the message inside their appointment and can answer from there. It includes a waiting list to fill cancellations, session packages, deposits or full prepayment on the services you choose, a calendar per staff member or per treatment room, and Google Calendar sync. It is not a marketplace: your clients stay yours, we don't sell their data and there is no commission per booking. Available on web, Android and iOS, in 10 languages. From €19/month + VAT, plus €9/month for each additional calendar.
