I really love the native-looking interface and the tooltips are great. It really helps identify where the problem in the onboarding is (as opposed to competitors) during the trial. I really feel that Apty gives you insight as to where users are struggling with onboarding (not just how). I also found it to be really helpful in helping me understand how many people are in a particular process and know where to target users (identify the problem) by segmenting user groups ALL about contextual training and it really guides the users.
