We also worked with a really bright, dedicated developer, Niko. They were also willing to work through some challenges we had with scoping and initial confusion about the project on both sides. I appreciated that they came to the table with solutions and willingness to work together through the challenges. **What do you dislike about Aptitude 8?** There was some turnover of key contacts that created a disjointed experience. Initially out team didn't understand we were in an open-ended vs. deliverable-based contract which created a situation where we had to go back to our team to expand the budget of the project, which was difficult. **Recommendations to others considering Aptitude 8:** Be really clear about deliverables and over communicate. Work up front with the team to create a crystal clear joint understanding of deliverables and timing. **What problems is Aptitude 8 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed the ability to check whether prospects in our pipeline were a geographic match for our solution. Aptitude 8 helped us rebuild an analytic process that took a few days to turnaround into a pushbutton function in Hubspot. It has accelerated our ability to get back to prospects and keep up deal velocity. ### 2. They brought a lot of ideas to the table, and pushed back on items to ensure we're setting everything up correctly. **What do you dislike about Aptitude 8?** I'm not a fan of the auto-renewals. We would like to continue with App8, but we had to cancel because we can't commit to another month 30 days ahead. **Recommendations to others considering Aptitude 8:** Work with Bree & Jonathan! Bree was immensely helpful in strategizing, and Jonathan always brought good ideas to the table and executed well. They're an amazing team! **What problems is Aptitude 8 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our HubSpot account was full of unnecessary workflows, properties, and contacts/companies. ### 3.
