What do you like best about Aptean Discrete Manufacturing ERP?

I like the accounting system in M2M, this makes it easier to process our bills, and it saves us time.

We have started working on SFDC recently, and they have also helped us work on our issues to get it up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aptean Discrete Manufacturing ERP?

We had issues getting our NACHA files to work at first, but we worked through it.

The new navigation bar has been my saviour. There are many reports that can be customised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A lot of the customisations require quite a bit of IT knowledge and sometimes any request is met with "it will be chargeable" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aptean Discrete Manufacturing ERP?

The user base is quite familiar with the use and function of M2M. The additional modules like shopfloor manager are rock solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aptean Discrete Manufacturing ERP?

Integrations are done via EMF/Smarthub. The platform is clunky and requires an expert to navigate and make changes. Some things that should be inherent to the platform like invoice notifications and the like are not included out of the box. Customer support is not the best.
