Our company has never operated smoother. As a 20+ year user of M2M, through multiple versions. The SaaS Cloud based 8 is amazing. Users are no longer tied to a say static experience and are able to multitask, utilize multiple monitors and work from anywhere.

Service cases are managed so much better. I enjoy the M2M Technical Team. They are responsive, knowledgeable and tenacious. The Connect area of AppCentral has allowed me to train users to resolve issue, freeing me up for areas outside of IT that are more critical of my time.

I love that fixes and upgrade happen in the cloud - no more patching.

Being able to set user up where ever I can supply internet access has helped us streamline a lot of bottlenecks and free up my employees to be more productive.

The system can be a bit cumbersome at times because it operates in the cloud, and the speed of the connection can fluctuate from day to day. Custome reports and SQL knowledge classes would be greatly appreaciated for the future as well. (We are still on 7.5.1 and know you'd love us to upgrade to version 8).

It is very easy to use and extremely user friendly. It takes minimal work to get it set up and implemented in your business. With the new release of AppCentral it provides seamless integration between all your Aptean products. Allowing you to quickly get to the application you need. I am an everyday user of the M2M system and I rarely run into any problems. Although when I do the Aptean team quickly resolves any issues that arise, usually within the same day. The Aptean customer service team is always professional and works with you to solve any issues you have. The AppCentral insights are a powerful tool gives you accurate, detailed information on your business. Allowing you to stay educated and informed on how your business is running. The only downside with M2M is that it is a little rigid. You have to work with the system gives you and making customizations to suit your business is costly. The GenAi is in the early stages so it doesn't have a full grasp on our business information yet. It seems to me that made2manage is best suited for smaller companies that do not have a lot of data entry. It used to be good with the keyboard shortcuts. Seems certain functions don't work properly and aren't fixed like notifier. I could probably go on and on.
