Very expensive for the amount of bugs we find in the software. When raising bugs with their support team, responses are extremely slow and have to be constantly chased for an update. There is also no way to get a consolidated view of support tickets raised by different team members, meaning invidividual tickets have to be chased by the individual who raised them. We've had outstanding issues for months and even escalating to an account manager does not deliver a quick response to get a resolution. Our whole team are very downbeat about our experience using this software. Would not recommend, we have been very disappointed with the level of service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
