Aprova Aí is a social media management platform that consolidates content workflows from planning through publication. The platform provides a visual editorial calendar where content is organized by client, offering an overview of scheduled posts and campaigns. Posts, carousels, and videos can be created with captions and media files directly within the system. The approval mechanism allows clients to review and approve content through email, WhatsApp, or group messaging without creating an account or installing an application. Once approved, content is published automatically to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The platform supports multi-level approval workflows and automatic scheduling. Performance reporting tracks approval times and publishing metrics. Integrations with Google Drive and Canva facilitate content creation and collaboration. The system accommodates unlimited approvals and posts, and supports multiple team members working across client accounts.
