We are archiving sensitive materials securely and sharing information with the Board of directors in a more organized, secured, and efficient manner. Keeping a tally on attendance for expenses as well as sharing and storing beneficial resources. I like the fact that everything relating to Board function is in one place, Including all the history, with a library of material that can be accessed at any time. It duplicated my already onerous word load when I was an Senior Executive Assistant. The executives who viewed my minutes and reports could easily view them in another format.
