The ease of use of Aprio is unparalled. I have used a couple of other magagement software applications in the past, and Aprio stands out as the most user friendly. We have been a customer for about 5 years now, and the elimination of paper materials has been life changing. We feel confident knowing that our materials are secure, yet easily accessible to our directors. Since the implementation, we have had very minor issues, however those have been quickly resolved by the customer support team, or with a quick update. The support team is friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to tackle any issues that come up at any hour of the day. The training offered to the directors is a nice added bonus. Aprio Board Management Software has been super easy to use and has the best cutomer service provided by the Aprio support team. We use Aprio almost on a daily basis and the application is super easy in terms of usage. I would not say dislike however i would like the software to develop a few more functionality which are similar in the web based version as well as the Ipad version. What do you dislike about Aprio Board Portal? Upload language box is too short, not able to use bold and different coloring, unable to choose numbering system that fits with my own. I find the process of posting, revising, and updating files on Aprio very easy and intuitive to use. Aprio makes my job easier by being very user friendly. I haven't previously used a board portal program and found it quite easy to navigate. I found some of the training materials were a little difficult to navigate, but I contacted their support line and they quickly helped me out. Aprio is self-administered which is great to keep board members current. It is user-friendly for both the administrator and the directors. Aprio customer support is efficient and quick to solve issues or to book training whenever a new director comes on. I don't really dislike anything if sometimes I wish it had a certain functionality it is more than likely available and with a little search or help from customer service it is resolved.
