"Centralized Asset Management and Seamless AEM Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

What I appreciate most about Aprimo is how it brings all our assets together in one place, automatically enhances them with intelligent metadata, and seamlessly delivers approved content directly into AEM. This really helps our workflow move more quickly while ensuring everything remains well-governed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

Aprimo offers robust capabilities, but it can feel cumbersome due to its process-heavy nature. The strict AEM gating often results in lengthy transfer times, especially for large sends. Bulk uploads, which rely on CSVs and macros, tend to be fragile and prone to issues. Additionally, I frequently encounter recurring friction with access, SSO, and login, while the limitations of AI tagging contribute to further delays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Asset Management but Needs Faster Setup"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I like Aprimo's search and smart tagging features because they save me a lot of time. Instead of digging through folders or asking teammates for links, I can quickly find the exact assets I need using keywords, tags, or file types, and I know it's the approved version. The approval workflow is also really helpful as it keeps feedback and approval status clear in one place, eliminating the need for long email threads and making everything organized and easy to track. These features are especially beneficial during campaign launches or when updating SEO pages on short timelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

The initial setup of Aprimo wasn't instant and took some time to configure and onboard the team. It would be helpful if the notification system could be clearer and faster, as my teammates often miss them. Also, having fewer clicks to move an asset through approval would make coordination smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful All-in-One Marketing Ops and DAM Solution"
4/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

Aprimo stands out as a powerful end-to-end solution for marketing operations and digital asset management. The platform brings campaign planning, workflow management, and asset governance into a single, well-structured system. I especially like how it enables teams to maintain brand consistency while scaling content production across channels. The DAM capabilities are robust, with strong metadata management, version control, and permission settings that make collaboration easy and secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

While Aprimo is very capable, the platform does have a learning curve, especially for first-time users or non-technical team members. Initial setup and configuration can take time, and onboarding requires structured training to unlock the full value. Some advanced features could also benefit from a more intuitive UI. Aprimo offers a wide range of features and integrates well with our creative and content systems, which makes it part of our daily workflow. It's fairly easy to use once you are familiar with it, though the initial implementation required planning and training. "Digital Asset Management Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

Aprimo has been a great tool for our organization. Our Content Operations Manager conducted an extensive platform comparison, evaluation, and review process to identify the best DAM platform for our specific needs. The Aprimo team helped set up and implement the platform, and they are constantly sharing what more we can do. Great customer support.

Aprimo has been so easy to add assets, tag them, and create curated views for specific teams. They have some pretty sweet AI capabilities that make it easy to find exactly what you are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

Nothing to report. Aprimo has been a great tool. We previously had Seismic and BTC, but they didn't work for our needs. We've been a multi-year Aprimo cusotmer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Tool for Marketing Campaigns, Needs UI Tweaks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I use Aprimo to manage marketing campaigns and content, and it really helps our team stay organized and meet deadlines effectively. The feature I appreciate the most is how it consolidates all marketing projects in one place, which significantly reduces the complexity of managing multiple campaigns. I enjoy the collaboration tools available on Aprimo, such as task assignments and easy content sharing, which streamline teamwork. The tracking tools are invaluable as they allow us to monitor progress swiftly, ensuring everyone is aligned and making the management of campaigns far less stressful. Furthermore, Aprimo's integration with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Salesforce facilitates seamless content creation and campaign performance tracking, providing substantial time savings and alignment across our marketing processes. Overall, Aprimo has proven to be a reliable platform that enhances collaboration, organization, and visibility into project progress, making our transition from another tool worthwhile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

I find the learning curve for new users a bit steep, which can make it challenging to become proficient with all the features. Additionally, the interface sometimes feels slow or clunky, particularly when dealing with large projects, which hinders productivity. The navigation can be cumbersome, requiring several clicks to access certain tools or reports. This impacts efficiency, especially in larger projects. Loading times also feel sluggish when handling many assets simultaneously. Enhancing the user interface, speeding up performance, and offering customizable views could greatly improve the user experience, allowing for quicker access to essential information. "Amazing Company-Wide Tool"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

Aprimo has been an amazing addition to our tech stack. We've implemented company-wide and use it for all of our brand assets to enable consistency, our customer story library for enablement, we've created a partner portal, the list goes on and on. It's been a great shift for us as a company to have one central tool that is used far and wide. It's easy to use, easy to understand, easy to share, and easy to track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

I'd like more AI capabilities shipped, but some great functionality is already here. AI is moving so fast and it's hard for anyone to keep up with that in the best ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Aprimo is the professional choice"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

It works. It is professional. It is intuitive and EASY to use. On the very rare occasion that something is not working, you are informed of a timeline. Account managers answer any questions we have. We implemented our DAM in 6 weeks with the assistance of an outside vendor. I am in this DAM multiple times a day. It is quicker and easier to use than finding images on hard drives or servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

One downfall is that it is so customizable and complex "under the hood" that it is not for the faint of heart. Sometimes just implementing something simple is a big deal. Fortunately, the Account Managers are there to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
