5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I appreciate Aprimo’s innovative marketing operations platform, especially its emphasis on efficiency and collaboration. I also value its reputation for empowering teams to deliver consistent, data-driven customer experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

One challenge with Aprimo is that, like many advanced platforms, it comes with a learning curve for new users. At the same time, that learning curve reflects the depth of its capabilities and can create real opportunities for professional growth as you become more comfortable with the system. "Transforms Marketing Asset Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I like using Aprimo because it serves as a crucial source of truth for ensuring that the growth and sales teams always have access to the current marketing assets and messaging. The AI-powered metadata and content intelligence in Aprimo transform my daily workflow from manual asset management to a high-speed go-to-market engine. Its workflow automation eliminates the need for searching through different folders for the updated version or the source of truth. It also automates approval loops for LinkedIn campaigns, making our processes more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

Onboarding new team members or setting up a new workflow can feel non-intuitive and time-consuming as it is so feature-heavy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Central Hub with Impressive AI Functionality, But Setup Pains"
4/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I love how Aprimo basically acts as the central nervous system for everything. It's the one place everyone goes to. I also appreciate the AI search function. It makes it easier to find files. The AI search function allows me to speak in normal language, just like chatting with an AI, to find files. If I want to find a picture but don't remember the name, I can give a description and the AI knows what to pull up, which is very neat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

It was challenging to set up in the first place. And the ramp up takes time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aprimo?

It keeps everything organized in one place. Managing assets, approvals, and different versions becomes much simpler, and it significantly reduces the back-and-forth between teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

It can feel complex for new users, with a fairly steep learning curve, and the cost is also a concern. A simpler onboarding experience, along with more intuitive navigation, would make it easier to learn and adopt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Aprimo review"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

The UI continues to be one of Aprimo’s strongest points. It is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for non-technical users. It makes it simple to manage and find assets without a steep learning curve. Overall, the platform has remained stable and reliable for our day-to-day needs, which is important for adoption across broader teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

There is not much to dislike, but there are definitely opportunities to enhance the experience. For example, improving search capabilities, especially for images, using AI or GPT-like capabilities instead of relying primarily on manual tagging would make asset discovery much more efficient. Some workflows could also benefit from added flexibility and automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Marketing Hub That Streamlines Workflow and Boosts Efficiency"
4/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I appreciate Aprimo because it consolidates all our marketing planning, content management, and workflow tracking in a single place, which reduces complexity and keeps our team coordinated. The integrations with tools such as Adobe Cloud and Salesforce save us a significant amount of time, while the automation features minimize manual tasks. With intelligent search and asset discovery, we spend less time searching for content and more time putting it to use, making Aprimo a dependable platform for enterprise marketing operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

While Aprimo offers a great deal of power as a platform, it does require some time to learn. The interface can seem daunting at first, making the onboarding process a bit lengthy. Although customization options and reporting features are comprehensive, they are not always straightforward to use. Additionally, performance may lag when handling a high volume of assets. Aprimo is most appropriate for larger, well-established marketing teams, and its pricing could pose difficulties for smaller organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
