"AI-Powered Content Versatility with Aprimo"
5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I use Aprimo's AI Content Coach to rapidly generate and iterate on ad copy, social media captions, and email marketing variations for A/B testing, which allows me to maintain multichannel campaigns much faster while keeping brand consistency. I appreciate how the AI Content Coach acts as a force multiplier for campaign execution, enabling quick iterations on messaging for multichannel performance marketing. It speeds up my ability to launch and run rigorous A/B testing without waiting on external content creators. The integration with CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot helps align marketing collateral directly with our B2B sales pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

The AI content coach is excellent for Rapid iteration, but it would be a game changer if it could ingest live A/B testing or Google Analytics (GA4) data. If the AI could generate copy variations specifically optimized based on our historical conversion rates, it would perfectly close the loop between content creation and performance marketing. "Streamlined our marketing Chaos with Aprimo!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I've been using Aprimo for about a little over a year now in our mid-sized marketing team, and what stands out the most is how intuitive the workflow automation is. It's like it reads your mind, setting up campaigns and approvals feels seamless compared to the clunky tools we used before. The digital asset management side is a game-changer too; no more digging through endless folders or emailing files back and forth. I love how it integrates with our CRM and Adobe suite without any hiccups, saving me hours each week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

Honestly, the initial setup took a bit longer than I expected, there's a learning curve with all the customization options, and our IT guy had to tweak a few things to get it fully synced with our existing systems. Also, the reporting dashboards could use more out-of-the-box templates; I end up building a lot from scratch, which is fine but adds extra steps sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Aprimo's Smart tagging and cropping features are a huge time-saver."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I've been using Aprimo daily for the past eight months as part of our marketing and content team, and the feature I appreciate most is the AI-powered smart tagging combined with the automatic cropped image variants. Whenever we upload a new asset, like the lifestyle photos for our health awareness campaigns. Aprimo instantly analyzes it and adds relevant tags (person, smile, food, indoor, etc.) without us having to manually label everything. It makes searching our growing library so much faster. Even better, it generates ready-to-use crops in different aspect ratios (16:9, 3:2, square, etc.) and resolutions right there on the asset page. We no longer have to open Photoshop just to create social media versions or website banners. The whole team can grab exactly what they need in seconds, and it keeps everything consistent across channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

The search can sometimes be a bit picky if you're not using the exact tags, and I've noticed the smart tagging occasionally misses more specific details (like brand elements in product shots). Also, loading large batches of high-res images can feel slow on slower connections. The pricing is definitely enterprise-level, so it was a big commitment for us initially, and some of the advanced analytics require extra configuration that took our admin a while to set up properly. "Solid tool once you get Past the Price tag."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I love how the DAM actually works and finds things fast. I can search by campaign code, color, file type, or even part of a file name from two years ago and it pulls the correct approved version every time. The workflow automation is simple but effective, we went from 8–10 emails per creative review to just a couple of clicks and automated reminders. Our regional teams love the self-service brand portal because they can grab localized assets without pinging me at weird hours. Integrates cleanly with Adobe Creative Cloud and Salesforce too. What do you dislike about Aprimo?

The fact that it's expensive. Reporting looks nice but I still end up exporting to Excel almost every week because I can’t get the exact breakdowns I need in the dashboard. Onboarding took longer than expected, probably 4–5 weeks before everyone was comfortable. Mobile app doesn't work well compared to desktop. Despite all these, it’s still worth it! "Centralizes Marketing, Requires Learning"
4/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I used Aprimo primarily for managing marketing assets, workflows, and content organization. The main thing that it solved for me is its ability to automate content and improve collaboration between teams. I like that it centralizes everything into one platform, making it convenient for managing digital assets, approvals, and campaign materials in a single place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

The software interface can feel a bit overwhelming. It has a learning curve, and some processes require multiple steps that could be simplified. Depending on the setup, onboarding for example and implementation can take time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Everything in One Place: Strong Brand Consistency and Streamlined Approvals"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

Everything lives in one place—assets, versions, and approvals—so nothing gets lost and brand consistency stays strong. The workflow automation is also a real strength: you can set up clear approval flows with deadlines and defined task ownership, which helps cut down on delays and confusion, especially for busy teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

A common criticism is that the learning curve can be steep. Since Aprimo is designed to support complex, enterprise-level processes, new users may feel overwhelmed at first—especially if they’re coming from simpler task-management tools. That same complexity can also slow the initial implementation and extend training, which may increase time and costs. Some users also mention that the interface feels dated or less intuitive than many modern SaaS platforms, making everyday tasks feel a bit clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aprimo?

I use Aprimo to organize our marketing assets and manage everything in one place, making it easily accessible for our teams. I appreciate that it avoids scattered files and version confusion, making it easy to find and share the right content. I like the auto-tagging feature as it saves us a lot of manual effort by organizing our assets with tags so it’s much faster to find content! Also, setting up Aprimo was very easy for our team. "Robust DAM and Workflow Automation, Some Setup Complexities"
4/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I like Aprimo for its robust digital asset management capabilities combined with workflow automation, which help enforce brand governance at scale. It centralizes assets in a single system of record, solves challenges around version control and distribution, and streamlines approval workflows while improving visibility. This reduces time spent searching for content across teams and channels, making it easier to scale content production and maintain consistency. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Aprimo to be very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

Some workflows and configurations can be complex to set up and require ongoing administration. Ideally, more out-of-the-box templates, clearer dependency mapping, and simpler admin controls would help. It would also be great to have bulk-editing capabilities to reduce manual updates.
