"Gets the job done, but many places to improve"

What do you like best?

Easy to navigate tab interface for the Clinical Notes, Common Problem Palette feature consistently saves me time.

What do you dislike?

Slow technical support responses, seems like for every hotfixed bug, two more pop up.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Nursing staff has a place to chart progress notes, built in RCM is useful.

"Overpriced software"

What do you like best?

It does the basics of what it needs to do.

What do you dislike?

Aprima charges for every little thing. When my company started researching other companies, we realized we have been cheated for years with features to make our lives easier. When we starting inquiring about why we didn’t have certain features, we were told that we could add features for additional cost. We were already paying $700+ per month.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have record of our patients. Nothing more beneficial than the bare minimum.

What Clinical Documentation solution do you use?

Thanks for letting us know!

"APRIMA "

What do you like best?

It is a great, software to have for a private practice. It is efficient and gets the job done.

It shows active eligibility for a patient on their appointment and if their not active as well.

What do you dislike?

The eligibility is not always up to date. There are multiple problems regarding the billing of the program.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Running a medical practice. All the patients information is stored in the system, the eligibility is shown, the Follow up for procedure is a great feature that is in the system as well.

"Not easy to maneuver "

What do you like best?

That you can scan the insurance and drivers license and it automatically save to the patients demographics.

What do you dislike?

It's just too difficult to get the hang of. Everything is too hard to maneuver. Everything is all too complicated and hard to find where to go to get to a certain thing. I really don't like how you have to make appointments and how disorganized it all is.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The billing portion is the reason we transferred to aprima. But that' seems to be one of the only benefits.
