What do you like best?

Apricot is easy to learn for standard users and administrators. I am able to easily build out forms that meet my needs and the client's. Additionally, there are a lot of features available to improve the client experience--constantly unveiling new things! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Bugs- it works 98% of the time like it should, but every now and then I will receive an error for some unknown reason or reports will populate incomplete data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's great for intake forms and tracking client interactions. It's particularly useful if you have many people working with the same client. Additionally, it's also improved our ability to evaluate our program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

That is so easy and self explanatory. Any one can you it and understand it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I personally would change the colors of everything. I prefer more vibrant bright colors then regularly grey ad white ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like the customization ability. I can make the system look and perform just how I need and can remove unneeded data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be a little awkward at times when you are trying to put together a database tier. And if you mess up, good luck trying to figure out where. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are really able to keep track of our clients and their progress so much better now. This product was a necessity we never knew we needed. Client's progress is now available in an easy to access format that can be shared with other users, or not depending on the level of access they need for their job. Great way to track info for Social Services. We use this product to track our clients and their progress. get way to capture info and compile reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
