**What do you like best about Appzillon Digital Banking?**

I used Appzillon Digital Banking for our new digital banking app and corporate customer onboarding. The team was very accommodating to our requirements, and the implementation was mostly smooth. After evaluating multiple tech providers, we selected Appzillon because it provides the best overall value—while other solutions priced at $400,000 annually, Appzillon delivered comparable capabilities at a far more competitive cost. I find the user base customization very user-friendly, and I appreciate their omnichannel solution, which gives the same look and feel across channels. Creating a new digital banking platform was a challenge, but the experienced team at Appzillon helped us build a scalable product in less time. Also, instead of using multiple vendors for various products, Appzillon provides everything under one roof.

**What do you dislike about Appzillon Digital Banking?**

It's quite slow on the AI side, and I feel they should start adapting AI in their product.

**What problems is Appzillon Digital Banking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that Appzillon Digital Banking improves our customer experience and accelerates our go-live times. It helps us build a scalable product efficiently, supported by their experienced team.
