The integration with Expense Report submission tools could be better, we are currently unable to see Comments fields, only Business Purpose fields. A topic to be improved.

Data & Analytics are complicated to get as far as I know (not my area of expertise). There are KPIs that we don't have overview on anymore since AppZen was implemented. Another topic to be improved.

OCR works fine in majority of cases but from time to time we see gltches (eg: it detects as a duplicate tickets that are completely different and contain different data), but it's really something unusual Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Appzen is more developed for integrations with Concur than with other expense systems and it is lacking some functionality for clients using other expense systems or ERP's (in my case we use Workday). AppZen is most helpful in flagging errors where we customize and create travel expense rules that the system follows. It also helps in flagging different levels of risk of the expense item. High, Mid, and Low. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are times where AppZen would flag errors due to the reimb receipt copy being blurry, or having a different date format.
