The system is organised and all the complicated jargon that I have experienced on other similar systems can be difficult upon first appearance but Appy Pie's is easy to follow and understand from the get go! As to the support I have received.. It has been outstanding! I have to highlight Mohammed and Libin were most helpful with an issue I was experienceing, I don't think it was Appy Pies fault for the issue as I think it may have been Firebase, anyway they managed to sort it out for me and they have been most helpful on other areas I have needed for support ie any questions and queries I have asked. They have been prompt in their support whereas others I can be waiting a week or more to hear back from. So having the instant support is a massive bonus! **What do you dislike about Appy Pie?** The only thing I disliked was the issues I faced but this was not Appy Pie's fault I don't think, but regardless the instant support I had and the fact it was fixed in the moment means it is no issue at all so it out weighs the issue. My only criticism is on the tutorials the screenshots appear to be a little outdated as I saw a couple of differences on my screen which I had to ask for some help on and te other thing is I kept having to zoom in on some of the screenshots in the tutorial to read what the contents of the screenshots were for accuracy, so I'd reccommend a close up version just for convenience. **What problems is Appy Pie solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have had an idea to run my own app based business for a long time, "a dating app" and now I feel I am a step closer to achieving it that ever before, I admit there are some obstacles as I had a certain vision for my app but as long as you're open minded you can easily overcome those obstacles and adapt with the tools you have on offer. Also the fact that I faced an issue I couldn't fix myself numerous times, Mohammed and Libin offered to fix it for me and they did on the spot so thank you!
