The support is very responsive, although it took me 3 days and 3 long conversations to resolve connecting my custom .love url with my website. I think it depends which rep you get helping you. As a customer speaking, I would say this, " I trust the team at Appypie, and if you are in the market for an app-build whatever you are thinking of building, I am sure you can do it with them. You as a customer have to remember to have patience and experience using the dashboard and does it has a very user-friendly dashboard to navigate. Feature set is pretty limited with things such as: - Group Messaging does not keep members phone numbers annonymous, like other apps such as Remind app. - Templates are not customizable enough - Push notifications can not be deleted by end users - Push notification background image can not be individually changed, independant of the main background image - Form builder limited to too few characters to be very useful for longer agreement documents. - RSS feeds do not always work as expected - Lacking "help" as an app "feature" that can be added to an app. - The login process is confusing with many times that I've gone to edit my app, I'm asked to start a new business.
