It's literally impossible to cancel a subscription. I never wanted it I was just revioewing the sote as I planned my strategy. I got billed. I spoke to finance they said you have an open subsciption so we can't refund your money....but you can't cancel your subsciption. I responded and was ghosted. They instructions they provide are incorrect. I can get everything resolved with my bank but that really isn't the concern. The biggest concern was the way the event was handled. If there is one thing that I've learned working in software is the experience for your customer needs to be right.
