I find the communication feature of AppWork super helpful! It helps keep the residents informed about the work orders being done in their apartments. Additionally, it benefits our maintenance team by making it easier to reopen work orders when necessary. The fact that AppWork is connected with Yardi is also beneficial. When work orders are placed in the evening, it is showing being placed earlier in the day. I love the make ready board and that I can assign a work order to a specific maintenance technician. Having a digital version of the make ready board that I can access at all times in the app is wonderful, especially since I manage multiple properties, and keeping up with a physical board at multiple sites can be difficult.
