Since the very beginning, I had amazing support from the AppTweak team. We had some very helpful calls and I took a lot of insights from their blog. At the time, I was still very amateur in my ASO efforts and I really took some help from those articles. The platform is very intuitive and it's updated all the time with new tools and features. I think they listen to their users a lot and that's why the platform is so efficient. They also have amazing videos explaining all the old and new stuff, so it's very easy to follow up with the innovations. **What do you dislike about AppTweak?** The access to my account was blocked after missing one of the payments. I thought I would be able to keep a limited plan or something like that, but I just can't see any tools or features now. I have discovered keywords that I didn't know would be good options in the past. I find the blogs and tips on AppTweak incredibly helpful I actively pursue the same backlinks as competitors, the backlinks are easy to see and saves me a lot of time looking for them on my own. The support is excellent. I learn something new every month by asking questions, following advice I can compare my app to my competitors side by side. I have a new app in beta and I have a small budget. Every day I look at Google play and pick an app 10 or so spots above mine for a certain keyword. I then add that app to my AppTweak competitors and look at keywords I have not discovered before. I then look at all the other ASO sections AppTweak has, especially the backlinks and tweak elements in my app accordingly.
