The app does contain all the function necessary to submit expenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Apptricity Travel and Expense? Apptricity is extremely unintuitive. Submitting expenses is not easy, and each time I feel like I need to re-learn the process. My colleagues and I all complain about how unintuitive this is, and to be honest, we dread having to submit expenses for this reason. The training guide isn't very helpful and does not seem to contain all the possible scenarios one might encounter. The app itself is not very self-explanatory. I find I can't submit my report presumably because a piece of information is missing, but no where does it tell you what it is that is missing. You can jump all over the place never really knowing if you have completed the right steps. It needs to be made more simple. As in you complete one section, then it prompts you for each piece of information in a step by step basis. Improvements need to be made, or at the very least, a more thorough teaching guide needs to be provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. You can even work on your expense reports when you’re not in network coverage or using “airplane mode” and our app will download your reports and receipts when you’re back online.
