The ease of use of the platform for different team members is great. It allows for the platform to be easily segregrated to grant certain team members access to certain channels, and the intuitive UI and training/knowledge base articles let new users get up to speed very quickly for common tasks.

The tech support team are very strong. They work with you closely and join video calls to understand your problem, for certain support cases they take your feedback and incorporate it into future firmware releases.

Some, more complicated set ups can't currently be done via the appspace UI, and must be implemented custom code. Support can help you with this, but it can be cumbersome to work through and troubleshoot.
