To be honest Appspace is okay since the digital signage portion of it didn’t cause me to lose my mind and although that is a pretty low bar, it cleared it. We were overwhelmed with email & slack messages and information was literally everywhere and nowhere, but now people will actually view the screen & know what’s going on. I also dislike the random spacing of the text when I’m trying to compose a page and it’s frustrating. The Integration with asp is broken and job titles do not sync properly & correcting it required an excessive amount of meetings. I believe the Analytics allow me to determine if anybody is even viewing the content I publish; normally they are. It help me to make a better planning for my team as many of them is working off-site and need to plan their time before visiting the office. The recurring desks reservation help me to book my favorite desk every week, it ensure I get the same desk that I feel comfortable to werk with. In additional, Appspace provide us with mobile application that we can access on-the-go, implementing the application is easy because all the installation guidance is clear to follow. The strongest reason why we stick with Appspace is because of their user-friendly booking system to book meeting rooms that can be books on-the-go from smartphone, accurate and detailed room information, and scheduling display let me know which room is available, already booked and how long they are booked, it really make it easier for me to plan for next incuming meeting session. Moreover, Appspace has providing for simple a implementation/installation that can be complete in less than 15 minutes on mobile phone, it is possible because the installation guidance is transparent and easy to follow, the same result be also said for integration installation with Google Calendar to synchronize meeting date, time and details across different devices. Operating and using Appspace is mostly non-issues and most of the experience is positive, just some minor problem with meeting room double booking issues when book I it on peak hours (after 3PM and before 5PM), I have experience that my booking si cancelled day before the meeting schedule and have to reschedule the time to letter in the evening. Modern booking system for desk reservation, meeting room booking and common spaces reservation simplify the booking workflow, it also can be reach from smartphone apps integration(both Android and iOS) for on-the-go operation. Not only that, Appspace is also facilitating for internal communication medium like group messaging (to create private team chat room), private messaging (private chat room for 1 on 1 discussion), and newsfeed sharing (using digital signature on display monitor) that ensure worker communication is instant and accurate all the time. Excuse me ahead of time if I make any errors as I am typing this with one hand, however Appspace does function pretty well which was quite unexpected. The drag and drop for the lobby displays is pretty easy to use and the players did not continuously fail every 5 to 10 minute like I assumed they would. I wish the weather widget didn't take around 10 years to load (it spins for that long), it looks silly when we have clients coming in and the screens aren't ready yet. What do you dislike about Appspace? I dislike the lack of improved Microsoft 365 integration within Appspace, particularly concerning the Outlook Add-in. The current limitation means that users cannot alter their calendar view to another account to add bookings directly to their calendars. This poses a challenge, especially when admins need to book reservations on behalf of executives and add them seamlessly into the calendars. What do you dislike about Appspace? Sometimes it doesn't seem to "play too nice" with Safari. I have to refresh pages a couple of times. Doesn't happen a lot, but enough for me to notice.
