Bots and workflows are terrible. They are strongly tied to a single table or slice; therefore, something as basic as a scheduled event depends on one particular table or view and must loop through all the records repeating the processes and tasks for each record. There is no good way to decouple the time scheduled event from a particular table or view and its records.

Because the data is not stored close to the server application, the app speed is less than optimal. Repeated syncing is necessary. Syncing is slow and sometimes becomes unresponsive.

Charts need a lot of improvement as they do not offer standard drill-down functionality and filtering. Each chart is tied to one specific table or view; therefore, the dashboard functionality is cumbersome to configure.

I've had to move the Bot functionality out of the app, configuring it with our enterprise tooling (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate). I've also had to develop separate dashboards using Microsoft Power BI to provide robust reporting functionality.

Tech Support is typical Google style: do it yourself; search the community help; figure it out. I've contacted them for the bot limitations I've encountered, and I end up in an endless asynchronous chat with people in India over weeks.
