"AppsFlyer: A Robust Tool for Optimizing Campaign Performance"
5/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

I use AppsFlyer regularly to monitor the performance of our campaigns, and I find their customer support to be really good, as we hardly face any problems. I appreciate features like the integration with affiliates, which is important for us, and the ability to optimize brand performance with many available features. The handshake process for pulling affiliate links is very easy and fast, and I've never seen such a short way to do integration. We can also view daily reports and block inappropriate traffic from fraudulent websites, which helps increase sales. I also find the setup user-friendly, as we get all the help needed during setup. In my opinion, AppsFlyer is one of the best tracking tools in affiliate marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

"Powerful Attribution & Real-Time Insights, but Reporting Can Feel Overwhelming"
3.5/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

AppsFlyer has become an essential part of our mobile marketing workflow. The attribution reporting is accurate and easy to understand, allowing us to track campaign performance across multiple traffic sources in one place.

One of the features I use most often is the real-time analytics dashboard, which helps us quickly identify high-performing campaigns and optimize marketing spend. The fraud protection tools have also provided significant value by helping reduce invalid traffic and improve the quality of our acquisition data.

An unexpected benefit has been how much easier it became to compare performance across different channels and countries. Instead of manually collecting data from multiple platforms, AppsFlyer centralizes everything and saves our team several hours each week. Overall, it's a reliable platform that provides the insights needed to make data-driven marketing decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

AppsFlyer is a powerful platform overall, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The reporting interface can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially for new users who need to navigate through multiple menus and dashboards to find specific metrics.

Some custom reports require several configuration steps, which can slow down the workflow when quick insights are needed. Improving report creation with more intuitive templates and easier filtering options would make the platform more efficient.

In addition, while the amount of available data is impressive, certain attribution and analytics reports could benefit from clearer explanations and contextual guidance to help users better understand the metrics. Enhanced onboarding resources and in-platform tips would make the learning curve less steep for new teams.

Overall, these are relatively minor issues compared to the value the platform provides, but addressing them could significantly improve the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Judith Arkush of AppsFlyer

Really appreciate the detailed feedback. The points on reporting complexity and onboarding are well taken - always good to hear from users directly.

"Solid attribution tool, just watch the bill as you scale"
5/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

The attribution just works and you can actually trust the numbers, which is the main thing when you're deciding where to put your budget. On top of that, the interface is clean and intuitive enough that even someone new to mobile analytics can navigate it without a long learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

The pricing model can catch you off guard — costs scale quickly with event volume, and you may end up paying significantly more than expected as your app grows. On top of that, occasional data discrepancies between AppsFlyer and internal databases make it harder to have one clean source of truth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Judith Arkush of AppsFlyer

So pleased to hear you are having a positive experience overall. Thanks for sharing your feedback we always take that on board.

"Customizable Unified Dashboards That Make App Decisions Fast and Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

It's helpful to see all install sources in one place. Dashboards with the unified view, and the fact they're customizable, help me create one place where I can make decisions, without looking at multiple dashboards and trying to connect the dots. It has many features in one place, which makes it very convinient to use - from partner integrations, one link management, tracking app performance, ad spend, and even creating web-to-app experiences, such as smartbanners and QR codes directly in Appsflyer. I never had any problem with AF response - it's working very fast. It also has great sources, such as basic courses (and later on, webinars) which helped me get started in the tool. I've heard the AI Agents are helpful in my team, but personally I haven't used it yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

Sometimes there were bugs regarding smartbanners - couldn't opened them, but it was resolved by our CS manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Judith Arkush of AppsFlyer

Great to hear the unified dashboard experience is working well for you, and that the team was responsive when you needed them.Great to hear the unified dashboard experience is working well for you, and that the team was responsive when you needed them.

"AppsFlyer Sets the Standard for Accurate Multi-Touch Attribution and Mobile ROI"
5/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

What I like most about AppsFlyer is its industry-leading attribution accuracy. The way it supports multi-touch attribution gives marketers a truly clear view of which channels are driving real conversions. On top of that, its massive partner ecosystem—integrating with over 10,000 ad networks, analytics tools, and marketing platforms—means it can slot into almost any existing stack. The dashboard is flexible and easy to navigate, so it’s accessible even for non-technical team members, while still enabling robust campaign link management and deep-linking features like OneLink. If you’re serious about mobile marketing ROI, it’s hard to beat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

Aggregating data across multiple sources and then porting it into other platforms, such as CRMs, can be genuinely challenging, and the initial setup tends to be time-consuming. Pricing also isn’t publicly disclosed and is widely viewed as expensive, which can be especially tough for startups and smaller teams. On top of that, there’s a noticeable learning curve: advanced attribution models may overwhelm newer marketers. When you’re working with large volumes of data, reports can also take a while to load. Finally, many essential features—including fraud protection—are locked behind premium plans, which makes the free tier feel quite limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Judith Arkush of AppsFlyer

Really appreciate the detailed review. The multi-touch attribution and partner ecosystem points are great to hear. There's a lot of useful feedback in there on the experience and pricing - all noted and we're always looking to improve.

"Efficient Campaign Analysis with Valuable Dashboards"
5/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

I use AppsFlyer to help with the analysis of daily campaigns, and it's the main tool my clients use to monitor and track KPIs and campaign performance. I really like the ease of viewing dashboards, which are simple and help track the performance of each media source for better decision-making regarding budget and media plans. The raw data reports are extremely valuable, especially for our analytics team to dive deeper into their work. The P360 version is beneficial for monitoring and optimizing fraud indexes. Overall, having quick access to easy-to-understand data and detailed reports makes AppsFlyer valuable for me day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

There's no simple way to exclude data identified as fraud in P360 as post-attribution in the overview dashboards. Right now, I have to download the reports and manually process the data. It would be great to have an option in the dashboard that already shows the data excluding the attributions caught by P360. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Judith Arkush of AppsFlyer

Thanks so much for that feedback - we are always looking at ways to refine our offering.

"Accurate Tracking, Robust Analytics with Room for Simplification"
4.5/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

I like AppsFlyer for its accurate attribution, user-friendly dashboard, and strong fraud detection features. These features help us accurately measure campaign performance, quickly analyze data, and prevent fraudulent traffic, which improves optimization and ROI. I also appreciated the easy initial setup and the helpful documentation and support team during integration. The ability to use AppsFlyer with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics platforms for campaign tracking and optimization is great. We switched from Adjust to AppsFlyer because it provided more accurate attribution, better fraud detection, and a more detailed analytics dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

Sometimes the dashboard can feel a bit complex for new users, and attribution reports may take time to update in certain cases. The dashboard can be simplified for new users, and report updates could be faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Judith Arkush of AppsFlyer

It's great to hear that you are already benefiting from the platform. Your feedback on dashboard complexity and report update speeds is noted - we're always looking to improve.

"Seamless Attribution, Great Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

I use AppsFlyer for creating app deeplinks and tracking TOF for our fintech business. I like that it helps track my sources and attribute traffic accurately to make informed decisions. The user-friendly customizable dashboards and partner marketplace are a pleasure to use. I appreciate how raw report exports have improved, with data pull time reduced to just 10-20 seconds. The customer support and documentation are generally helpful, especially during implementation and troubleshooting. The integration support across Martech tools is amazing, and I find the attribution accuracy and reliability across channels to be really great. I also find that setup with AppsFlyer is easier than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

The UI has a learning curve for new users, especially around advanced attribution and legacy dashboards. Agency management and permission visibility could also be improved, as there were instances where agencies were hidden in the active integrations page but able to export raw reports, which upon checking from the audit report were found to have an active integration in permissions but were not appearing on the frontend. Fraud prevention capabilities, while strong overall, are not customizable enough for advanced users, like creating logical event sequencing rules based on user journey. "Intuitive, Informative UI and Easy Integration with AppsFlyer"
4.5/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

My favourite part of Appsflyer is its very intuitive UI, which is plain, simple, and informative, especially in the marketing dashboard. Integrating with AppsFlyer was also less technical and easier to overview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

The least favourite part is its unlocalised support channels. Most support response are more globalised than actual local issues with attribution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Judith Arkush of AppsFlyer

Really pleased the dashboard and integration experience have landed well. The support feedback is noted and appreciated. Thanks for taking the time.

"Accurate Install Tracking, but Reporting Is Unintuitive"
3/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

Accurate tracking of app installs and user-acquisition metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

Reporting feels very unintuitive. Even people with data analytics experience struggle to wrap their heads around how to understand the reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Judith Arkush of AppsFlyer

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your honest feedback which will contribute to our ongoing efforts to maximize the user experience.
