**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

I like that it just works without too much headache. Attribution is pretty clear and reliable, and you can trust the numbers most of the time which is honestly the main thing. Also the dashboard is quite clean once you get used to it, not too cluttered. And integrations are solid, like setting things up with ad networks is not as painful as I expected.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

Sometimes it feels a bit too complex for simple things. Like you go in to check one metric and end up clicking around way more than needed. The UI can be confusing in places, not everything is where you expect it. Also pricing is kinda on the higher side, especially if you are scaling. And support is decent but not always super fast when something urgent comes up.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It mainly solves attribution for us, like figuring out where users are actually coming from and which campaigns are working vs just wasting money. Before this it was a bit of guesswork honestly.
Now we can see installs, events, ROAS all in one place and it makes decision making easier. We’ve been able to cut some bad channels and put more budget into the ones performing better. Also helps align marketing and product a bit more since everyone is looking at the same data, even if sometimes there are small mismatches.

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

What I like most about AppsFlyer is how easy it is to use despite offering a lot of advanced features. The dashboard is clean and well organized, so tracking attribution and campaign performance feels straightforward. It integrates smoothly with most major ad networks and marketing platforms, which saves time during setup. Reporting is fast and event tracking has been reliable in my experience. While it is on the pricier side, the attribution accuracy and fraud prevention features make it worth it. Their support team has also been helpful during onboarding and setup, and the optimization insights are useful for improving campaign performance.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

One downside is that AppsFlyer can get quite expensive as your event volume grows, so it may not be the easiest tool to justify for smaller teams. While the platform is generally user-friendly, some of the more advanced reports and settings take time to understand properly. A few integrations also need technical setup, which can slow things down. Reporting can occasionally lag a bit during heavy traffic periods. Support is helpful overall, though non-urgent issues sometimes take longer than expected. The AI and insight features are decent, but in some cases they feel more like helpful extras than game-changing tools.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AppsFlyer helps us solve the challenge of accurately tracking where our app installs and in-app events are coming from. It gives us one place to measure performance across all marketing channels, which makes it much easier to understand what is actually driving results. This helps us optimize spend toward better-performing campaigns, cut down wasted budget from fraudulent traffic, and make faster, more informed decisions. Overall, it has improved the accuracy of our reporting and made user acquisition efforts more efficient.

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

The dashboard is concise, which helps us quickly figure out how to slice and dice the data to get the insights we need. Integration is fairly easy, and the dashboard loads quickly as well. Pricing does change after a few years, but the account management team is open to discussion. Ongoing support is consistently available, and they take the time to listen to our issues. AI is still pretty new for us since we haven’t fully adopted it yet, but appsflyer seems to be moving in that direction.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

The changes is pretty major causing the learning curve of the new UI took some time, would be great if the transition is step by step

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier data integration and slicing & dicing of the data for us to get a clearer view of the insights

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

I use AppsFlyer for creating app deeplinks and tracking TOF for our fintech business. I like that it helps track my sources and attribute traffic accurately to make informed decisions. The user-friendly customizable dashboards and partner marketplace are a pleasure to use. I appreciate how raw report exports have improved, with data pull time reduced to just 10-20 seconds. The customer support and documentation are generally helpful, especially during implementation and troubleshooting. The integration support across Martech tools is amazing, and I find the attribution accuracy and reliability across channels to be really great. I also find that setup with AppsFlyer is easier than expected.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

The UI has a learning curve for new users, especially around advanced attribution and legacy dashboards. Agency management and permission visibility could also be improved, as there were instances where agencies were hidden in the active integrations page but able to export raw reports, which upon checking from the audit report were found to have an active integration in permissions but were not appearing on the frontend. Fraud prevention capabilities, while strong overall, are not customizable enough for advanced users, like creating logical event sequencing rules based on user journey.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AppsFlyer for deeplinks, tracking TOF, and attributing traffic accurately. It gives visibility into traffic sources, provides reliable attribution, solves CRM campaign issues, and optimizes marketing.

In Some cases there is a lot of overselling, Almost every add on is chargeable and it becomes a significant cost to understand that should we actually try out something new

It solves multiple problems, including unified attribution, a single source of truth at the organization level, and compatibility through connectors across almost all ecosystems. It also supports fraud detection and helps with understanding creative data.

It can feel a bit complex at times, especially while navigating advanced dashboards or setting up detailed reporting. The UX simplicity can be enhanced further. Simplifying the workflow, reducing the number of steps for common tasks, and making key actions easily discoverable. Better in-platform guidance by ways of tooltips, templates etc can also make life easier.

AppsFlyer helps us track the full funnel from installs to signups to loan disbursals. Its accurate attribution builds confidence in decision-making, and I like the intuitive dashboards and robust reporting for analyzing performance and optimizing campaigns.

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

Appsflyer is one of the most used MMPs compared to other MMPs. I prefer it because it has its own fraud tool, a link generation system, and complete reports that help us keep all our ad campaign data maintained in one place.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

The one thing I dislike about AppsFlyer is that when we need to disintegrate a partner, we have to do it one by one.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appsflyer is solving our problem by recording our data in real time. The data is captured on the dashboard on a lifetime basis, which helps us check performance for future reference. Another important thing is that we can detect fraud in Appsflyer as well.

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

I love the fact that AppsFlyer is much more user-friendly. The thing I loved most is the UI and how easy it is. Having a clean and clear UI with a focused guided pattern helps our team to integrate AppsFlyer into our system much more easily than any other SDKs.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

I wish we had someone to guide us through the setup process, like an onboarding manager, because without it, integrating AppsFlyer is really complicated. We end up having to hire different freelancers to handle these things. The initial setup was tough, especially because of testing and everything.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AppsFlyer to capture different user clicks and events, including attributions from various platforms.

Last-touch attribution works well, and the other insights and capabilities—like incrementality testing and creative insights—are also very good. Overall, it’s a solid set of features that delivers useful, actionable insights.

The UI/UX is very intuitive and simple to use. It is integrated well with a lot of media partners which helps us optimise for performance metrics and keep the ROI numbers healthy.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

Support can take a lot of time to resolve some of the issues. AI capabilities are not so good and helpful as yet.

Helps us optimise our daily ad spends across various media platforms and helps us with the performance.

It is the leading MMP out there in market compared to a firebase/Singular/Branch (I have used before) this is the best one in terms of experimentation betas etc

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

Appsflyer usually costs more and no dedicated support account managers might/might not be helpful at all times

Its a Source of truth for any app data across the company, Anything related attribution/marketing/App specifics
