The team are very well versed in how to integrate tools with SAP B1 and other ERP software. They provide a cost effective route to ensure automation & syncronisation across various software platforms. Initial implementation was quick and they were responsive in finding solutions to any problems we faced. The software platform has many features, is powerful with a small processor footprint. We engaged APPSeConnect to assist with the API integration of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system with our eCommerce platform. While the initial phase of the project presented some challenges and took longer than anticipated to gain momentum, the experience significantly improved when we were assigned our new Senior Onboarding Consultant, Ratnadeep.

Ratnadeep's expertise, dedication, and responsiveness made a remarkable difference during the UAT and post-go-live phases. He consistently provided timely and effective support, addressing all our questions and concerns with patience and professionalism. His troubleshooting skills were invaluable in resolving issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.

Despite the complexities of the integration and the volume of troubleshooting required post-implementation, the APPSeConnect team remained committed, reliable, and efficient. The cloud-based platform itself is fairly easy to use and understand once it is built and configured, providing a user-friendly interface that streamlines business processes. We are extremely pleased with the service provided and particularly grateful for Ratnadeep's outstanding support throughout the process.

In meetings, one could hear other person voice, who is not part of the meeting. Advisable to sit in a dedicated meeting room, with only relevant team.

Mapping exercise undertaken was good, but it would have been good, if whole work flow/flow chart with all different scenarios were specified or tested before releasing for UAT.

Ashish, who handled our project, was an incredible professional. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, dedicated, and a pleasure to work with. In his hands we went from feeling intimidated by the integration, to feeling confident in it.

The software works as we need it to, most importantly. We went live a month ago and everything has performed as expected, with no major issues. We are using it to connect our Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP system with our new Shopify site, syncing product data, inventory, orders, customers, transactions, etc. Though the pre-built connector APPSeCONNECT had for our ERP was pretty rudimentary, the APPSeCONNECT team was very happy and able to customize the connection to work for us. Initial startup of the project dragged a bit, and it was hard to understand what was needed for things to get moving. In the first few weeks communication was slow, and a bit incomplete. Once we started work in earnest communication improved completely.

The email notifications from the AeC platform aren’t very helpful, as you can’t click into them to identify the cause of any errors. All they really do is make me anxious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very attentive and efficient in responding to critical and non critical emails alike. I felt there was a great deal of patience afforded us by the APPSeCONNECT team on the rare occassions we may have struggled slightly to convey our needs. If I had to name one downside or drawback it would be with the utility portal itself... I find it funky that once I log in I then need to remove the onboarding portion of the URL from theaddress bar and refresh the browser to get past the "setup" connection of the portal.
