What do you like best about APPSeCONNECT?

What I like the most about APPSeCONNECT is its ability to deliver all the customizations we expected. Compared to other integrations we’ve used, it offers more flexibility with fewer limitations. The true highlight of our experience was our developer, Ratnadeep Dasgupta, who managed our project with professionalism and dedication. Due to the connection issue, we had little hope at the beginning, but we gained confidence towards the end of the project. We are lucky to have him as our developer. What do you dislike about APPSeCONNECT?

Appseconnect has a steep learning curve, and I hope there are training video tutorials available and a more intuitive way to handle the errors.

Another concern is that the dashboard does not display the count of unresolved errors for each flow, relying solely on email notifications. It would be beneficial if the UI included an option to export or email a summary of unresolved errors, as it will be easier for users to review them comprehensively and reduce the risk of overlooking any unresolved issues.

I also hope that the flow has an annotation or legend to show the purpose of each step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

APPSeCONNECT is a great team to work with, especially Diptesh. They are true experts, handled our Pipedrive CRM and SAP B1 ERP integration from start to finish, providing professional services throughout the entire process. Despite facing various challenges during the integration and addressing countless troubleshooting tasks post-implementation, they remained dedicated, reliable and efficient. The only downside was that the project exceeded the expected timeline, primarily due to the initial setup, transitional phases between stages, and working across different time zones. Additionally, the daily status reports lacked details for errors, which could have helped in addressing issues more promptly. What do you like best about APPSeCONNECT?

Provides API integration between our eCommerce platform and ERP system. Very good support team. Our Onboarding Manager was fantastic and very helpful throughout the project. What do you like best about APPSeCONNECT?

They have an excellent customer support, with no hassles to resolve sync issues, regardless the cause.

The implementation was a bit longer than expected, but the dedicated team was always helpful, available and result-oriented.

The application itself works according to what was promised, and fulfills its goal. The portal has useful features for monitoring the integration.
