We've used APPSeCONNECT for a few different sites now, and apart from the occasional teething issues with new implementations, it's always been a rock-solid experience.

My biggest dislike of APPSeCONNECT was the inability to see the sync logic, but with the new APPSeCONNECT portal updates, there is much better transparency.
