Direct printer access is fantastic for paying vendors and employees, and I can print all necessary reports, including those for State Fund Worker's Compensation. The assistance we received on onboarding with Multifactor Authentication was exceptional. I also appreciate the really good support offered, especially the ease they brought to migrating files and helping with printing from QuickBooks. Their virtual systems and support make everything supported on their platform. You can access your QuickBooks online through an online portal and on any device - desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, etc. If you want to run your payroll while sipping on Mai Tais on the beach, assuming you have an internet connection, you can! **What do you dislike about Apps4Rent?** Some QuickBooks hosting services can experience latency and not all solutions are as secure as one would like. We did not like the functionality of QuickBooks Online version and wanted to stay with the desktop version so remote desktop hosting was the best way for us. **What problems is Apps4Rent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to remotely access QuickBooks in a responsive environment for multiple users.
