I came to them as their customer in 2021 until now and they have 24/7 tech support and remote assistance and really productive and helpful. I would recommend them 100% for your all IT, support and computer needs ...... 5 stars and +++++ **What do you dislike about Apps4Rent?** There are no any dislikes about Apps4Rent as their tech support team and IT team are always helpful and always there to assist. The entire apps4rent team is experienced and was very patient while working with our team. I highly recomend apps4rent for your company. We have been working with apps4rent for 1 year now and look forward to continue working with them. **What do you dislike about Apps4Rent?** Everything has been working great so far. **What problems is Apps4Rent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hosting our quickbooks desktop file on the virtual desktop to allow our employees to access the same file whether they are in the office or working from home. You can access your QuickBooks online through an online portal and on any device - desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, etc. If you want to run your payroll while sipping on Mai Tais on the beach, assuming you have an internet connection, you can! **What do you dislike about Apps4Rent?** Some QuickBooks hosting services can experience latency and not all solutions are as secure as one would like. Some hosting provider networks are also not as developed as they should be based on the level of network activity (traffic) they experience. **Recommendations to others considering Apps4Rent:** Make sure you carefully research all available hosting providers and dig into the fine print to ensure you get the best solution for your needs. **What problems is Apps4Rent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accessibility, cloud data security, and preserving the robustness of QuickBooks Desktop features that are simply not yet offered with the QuickBooks Online suite of products. ### 7. Works just like I am on my physical desktop, no delays. Technical support very responsive **What do you dislike about Apps4Rent?** Nothing at this point and time, all has worked as advertised **Recommendations to others considering Apps4Rent:** If you need to be able to access QuickBooks desktop version from anywhere you have an internet connection then this is the way to go. We did not like the functionality of QuickBooks Online version and wanted to stay with the desktop version so remote desktop hosting was the best way for us. **What problems is Apps4Rent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to remotely access QuickBooks in a responsive environment for multiple users.
