What do you like best about Approval Studio?

How to reduce miscommunication when you have many people working on one artwork? Right, gather them in one place and discuss! Approval Studio allows doing this with on-page proofs. Also, you can see live what each participant points on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Approval Studio:

Low prices, rich set of tools, and 24/7 support. We are using Approval Studio only several months but I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Approval Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem of miscommunication. We always had problems when discussing landings because everyone speaks about one thing but with different words. Now we just open the tool and show what we think on the mockup. The number of versions before the release decreased to 2-3. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Proof report was crucial for us. no more client's "I didn't say that. I didn't ask for that, I can't recall that"... It's all in there, clients know about that and act more responsible now. lol But it seems they like this approach more, the the pace is better now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Approval Studio?

As a marketing specialist, I work a lot with our creative department. Designers are quite often busy, so I have to do my own creatives and their variations. Still, I cannot launch them unapproved, and banners are quite complicated - there have to be lots of A/B tests, localizations, resizes, and etc. Approval Studio has everything in one place, so you can Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Approval Studio?

We have systematized our review process that allowed us to cut down the expenses (no extra versions or extra meetings, etc.). Our KPI is not based on visual files delivery but still marketing department is working faster now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
