## About B12
B12 is a learning application that uses cognitive science and artificial intelligence to increase the impact of your training. Think of it as a gym for reinforcing new knowledge and accelerating its use on the job. Companies are investing colossal sums in skills development. Unfortunately, most investments have very little impact on learners, who quickly forget their new knowledge due to cognitive overload and not immediately applying what they’ve learned.
