B12 is a learning application that uses cognitive science and artificial intelligence to increase the impact of your training. Think of it as a gym for reinforcing new knowledge and accelerating its use on the job. Companies are investing colossal sums in skills development. Unfortunately, most investments have very little impact on learners, who quickly forget their new knowledge due to cognitive overload and not immediately applying what they’ve learned. B12 aims to meet three glaring needs: Identification of performance gaps in real time and proposal of courses adapted to each learner Evaluation of the ROI for training programs Assurance that learners have the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for their job Apprentx’s clients mainly use B12 in three contexts: digital transformation, post-training reinforcement, and upskilling.
