Apprendly RolePlay is a role-play training platform for teams that have to get conversations right. Sales calls, renewals, difficult customer feedback, onboarding talks, leadership check-ins. These are skills people build through repetition, but most organisations give their teams one workshop and hope it sticks. Apprendly RolePlay replaces that hope with practice. The product has three parts. AI Creator turns the material you already have, whether handbooks, playbooks, decks or a short written brief, into a runnable role-play in minutes. You choose an AI actor from a diverse cast, define the scenario and the goals, and the role-play is ready to share. Experience is where your people practise. They meet an AI counterpart that listens, pushes back, objects and adapts in real time, on any device, as many times as they need. Insights closes the loop. Every session is scored against the goals you set, with feedback delivered the moment it ends, and team-level readiness, gaps and progress roll up so you can show what actually changed rather than who attended. Apprendly is built to fit the methods you already train on. Role-plays can follow frameworks like SPIN, MEDDIC, Sandler, GROW or SBI, and scoring maps to their steps, so practice reinforces your method instead of competing with it. The platform also drops into the systems you already run, including LMS, LXP, CMS and CRM tools such as 360Learning, Cornerstone, Docebo, Moodle, SharePoint and SAP. Trust is part of the design, not an afterthought. Apprendly is made in Norway and hosted entirely in Europe. Data and AI models never leave the EU. The platform is built for GDPR and EU AI Act compliance, with encryption at rest and in transit, strict access control, guardrails in every role-play, and a clear commitment never to train AI on your data.
